        in a given coordinate system, and how spatial information
        attaches to data values without being reduced to plain
        coordinates.

        place identity (in draft), the spatial-relation vocabulary
        (contains, borders, near-as-the-crow-flies, near-by-route),
        the open coordinate-system model, and how cartographer
        values compose with data-model primitives.
